The practice will be closed on the afternoon of Wednesday 26th November for essential staff training. We will be closing at 1:30pm on Wednesday until 8:00am on Thursday morning.

For non-urgent matters such as routine appointments, or prescription queries, please contact us on Thursday 27th November or complete an online form below "Contact the Practice".

If your query is urgent, please call 0161 983 0641 for on the day assistance provided by Salford primary care. In the case of a medical emergency, please call 999 immediately.
